Coastal Dreaming

Over the past couple of weeks there has been a flurry of press releases and short clips confirming what we have been hearing for some time – Survivor is coming to Nicaragua for not one but the next two seasons!

• The Spanish version of Survivor (Supervivientes) is planning season 11 in the Pearl Keys Area of southeastern Nicaragua
• The American version will be on the south pacific coast a few miles south of San Juan Del Sur.

Survivor: Nicaragua will represent the first installment of the reality competition to film in Central America since Survivor: Panama — Exile Island in 2005.  The shows host Jeff Probst called Nicaragua a land of “impenetrable terrain, smoking volcanoes and savage wildlife,”

For those already invested in Nicaragua this is BIG news!  If you are still sitting on the fence and considering it, what more validation do you need?
