Nicaragua Transportation Strike is over

The transportation strike is over. Taxis and buses are running again. Our lawyer contact told us last week he did not think the strike would go through the weekend and he was right. Ortega decreased the price of diesel $1.30. See the article in the Tico Times for more information.
We had a fantastic time in San Juan over the weekend. Scuba diving with The guys from Scuba Shack. My first surfing lesson, and much more.
For now the strike is over, transportation is running freely again, and life continues in Nicaragua.
