I was in a coffee shop today and there was a free circular called the coffee news - your typical add supported flyer with a mix of trivia, quotes, local events etc. As I was waiting for my order, I was reading a short ‘things to live by’ type of list. The first that caught my eye was this:
- Opportunities always look bigger going than coming.
Then, two lines after this, there was the following item:
- Trust your first impressions. It seems that thinking only confuses you.
These two simple comments apply amazingly well to many investment opportunities. The key is to catch the opportunity early when its coming, and trust your instincts.
