Las Laderas and the Cosiguina Peninsula

Over the weekend I cobbled together a video with some pictures and footage of in and around the our Las Laderas project. This project is a 200 acre parcel of land on the undeveloped north pacific coast of Nicaragua on the Cosiguina Peninsula. This is some pictures in and around the property including the closest beach areas. Beautiful remote country that is set to become the next major tourist area of Nicaragua. The area has amazing empty beaches, world class surfing, volcanoes, national parks, nature reserves, and quaint villages. Enjoy!
